There are a lot of options when your business is slow and you might have to think of something fast or risk losing it due to the recession. Relocation is a good idea if you might have too much space that is unused and it is one of the biggest costs for businesses. Have too much equipment old and unused, chose and dispose of them to get some cash out of your sleeping stuff. Other essentials can be kept at commercial storage facilities where you can keep your unused office equipment till you use them. They are available for annual and short-term lease allowing you the flexibility of getting more stuff into a smaller office, sending the unused ones to storage, they also come in many sizes so you’ll surely get one that is just right.
Equipment that are outdated can be sold off as scrap or for parts through the people who sold you the stuff. If not, you can always donate them to the many charities all over the place who may have use for stuff like old computers and other equipment you may have lying around gathering dust. You’d be amazed at how much more use can be gained from such idle equipment that most of the time still works and needs simple cleaning to give them new life. Choosing a location nearer for your market may be a better option than one outside the city, till business gets back and you can get a better place for everything again.
