These homes are developed using the latest green technologies that aimed to make good products even better. The collapse of the housing market prompted people to re-think their strategy when it comes to their homes and some of the cheapest and quickest ways to get a home are now being offered by pre-fabricated home makers. Some were bought about by the frequent rash of severe storms that brought so much damage into the lives of people who lived in areas that were more often than not laid to waste by the many storms that now become more frequent year after year.
They can be predicted but their strength and severity of the damage they now cause used to be unheard of in past years.Today, these homes are built not to withstand the damage that can be caused by such storms but to give a little so the storm could pass, sacrificing parts as it weather’s out the storm. From homes on stilts that sacrifices the basement to give way to storm surges to normal homes that can be laid on pre-made foundations ready for hook-up and use in a day or two after installation.
Such technologies will be the norm of the future where we live with nature rather than tame it, which is quite impossible as we have seen, levies and other flood control systems have failed and will surely fail again.
