People in some US states have been found to owe more from the bank than what their properties are worth according to the latest surveys which gives evidence of the foreclosure crisis that is still on-going. Many people who have lost homes and are having to do with smaller rental properties have no options when they fell victims to the housing market crash which offered products with lack of insight for such eventualities.
